How can I support booksellers?
Host a Fundraising Event
There are so many ways you can host a fundraising event to support booksellers and comic retailers. You can organize an auction, party, walk, trivia night, game night, or holiday gift wrapping station just to name a few ideas. Get in touch with us letting us know about your event!
Become a Binc Volunteer

SHARE YOUR STORY
Have you received a financial assistance grant? Have you or your dependent been awarded a Binc Scholarship? If you are comfortable sharing your story, you can be an inspiration to others who have a need, but are reluctant to apply. Share your story through the link below.
SPREAD THE WORD
If you are a bookseller or have contacts in the book industry, you can help Binc by actively participating in social media, and/or using personal connections to inform other booksellers, potential donors, and people in your local community to raise awareness of the Foundation.

Join The Bibliophiles Society
This special giving level is for donors who give $42 a month or $500 a year and includes a yearly update with Executive Director, Pam French.
Join The Legacy Giving Society
Your will affirms, honors, and protects what matters most in your life. Planned giving is a way for you to make a financial gift to Binc as part of your overall financial and/or estate planning.
Donor Advised Fund
If you have a donor advised fund at Fidelity, Schwab, Vanguard, BNY Mellon, Morgan Stanley, or any other donor advised fund sponsor organization, you can recommend a grant supporting the Binc Foundation.
Stocks
Stocks that have increased in value are one of the most popular assets used for charitable giving. Making a gift of stock or securities helps the Binc Foundation while realizing many important tax benefits for yourself.
Matching Donations
Many employers will match tax-deductible charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees, and employee’s spouses. Some provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours or match employee monetary contributions. Check with your workplace. We can send you the appropriate paperwork to make your dollars go further.

Tribute Gifts
Do you have a book or comic lover in your life? Consider giving a tribute gift in their honor. Tribute gifts are a special way to celebrate birthdays, weddings, graduations, holidays, or any special occasion. When a gift is made, we will mail the honoree a card informing them of the gift made in their name. We will also send you a letter acknowledging our gift for tax purposes.
